I'm so proud that today that in my sons generation, they will know black or white, you can rise from nothing in this country to the higest office in the land. I was elated last night to hear "He Won!" & "We did it!", Obama is the President! Holy Crap! Tears of joy! Shaking & just overall happiness like I haven't felt in 8 years!
The electricity and hope in the air is magical and I can only hope that we remeber this moment and use it to create something meaningful and positve. Congratulations Barrack & Michelle- Now save us from ourselves!
