7:30am-Our second doctor visit.A morning complete with blood samples, ultra sounds, a high speed computer,sounds of a heartbeat & pictures, but sorry, no suckers for the patient. We were led to a suite that had all the high tech toys your insurance can buy including a wall mounted flat screen viewer for the patient and of course the Phillips ultra sound.Our tech was super sweet and let us hear the baby's heartbeat which painted a big smile on Jessica. After that it was time for the blood sample. We moved to this other room that was more of a small closet, where a nurse with a box of sharp objects & wearing a groggy morning smile proceeded to take a sample pint. Jess was a pro and didn't wince once.She is looking super beautiful with her baby bump. One of these days maybe I will trick her into the studio for some belly pix. We will find out in January what we will be having and gearing up the nursery. Vote for Pink!
