This fourth of July was spent lazily relaxing the day away until the fireworks show. We went to the National Sports Center in Blaine which is always packed. The fireworks were awesome but the true highlight of the evening was the show of patriotism by the "Freedom Riders" who show their support for our troops by riding cross country to events like this as well as escorting funerals, fundraising for injured troops & welcome home rallies. I remeber when I was in the army and how much this type of support meant to me. These men and women are great people and remind us that our freedom comes with a price. Give them a nod next time you see them on the road. Bring our boys home!
